WebYeah like the other user mentioned, just track unique character logins instead of accounts. Even if you consider Steam players, Steam is still just tracking one Steam user playing EVE Online, not the different accounts they're using. So, internal tracking could be appropriately adjusted, and external trackers would be completely unaffected anyway.

Its a no brainer to just set-up a new account every time you want an alt. Sub for an account = £9.99 a month. Adding another training queue to an account = £15.99.
