In the 4th & 5th PIC's we sanded the area with 600 grit and got it down fairly smooth. The fish eyes are reduced to near flat/smooth near even with the red paint. Cabinet Coat is a urethane product and as such it'll be sensitive to surface contaminants. 3) You don't need to thin it - cc is already a thin product. 4) Excess film build will aggravate the fisheye problem. Keep it to 4 mils or less per coat. (3 should be enough).
