WebI think the p99 wiki has a paladin / cleric undead leveling guide. Im sure if you adapt it some you'll find a good route to follow. Just so you know as you level, the giant skeletons in Rathe Mountains are lvl 28. South Karana has a couple of spots, but i don't think the skeletons are going to be blue at 24.
