In the formula field, put in this line: "data:image/jpg;base64," & ThisItem.Image This way, the PowerApp will use the binary of the image to generate the actual image. BOOM! That’s it, you’re done!

But the problem with the code below is that it doesn't seem to save the picture as an attachment on an existing list row.
